Polaris Scrambler 400L
1999 Polaris Scrambler L 4X4
So I picked up this Scrambler 400 as a project. The engine was seized, the plastic was off it and it was sitting outside for over 6 years. The videos below show my restoration of this beast!!
Started by un-Seizing the engine, which was not too bad because it was set up from sitting. PB Blaster and a few hours the piston was free and I squirted some gas in the intake boot with the carb off and it fired right up! Then I rebuild the carb, emptied the mouse nests out of the CVT drive, put the carb back on and took it for a ride!

The following videos will be going over the entire machine, changing the starter, all the oils including the counter-shaft oil, which is forgotten a lot because it's a 2 stroke. I make no claims to be an expert mechanic, there are other ways and mine may not always be the "correct" way.
